Foliage Focus is formulated for non-flowering plants where the priority throughout the entire life cycle is dense, healthy leaf growth rather than flower or fruit production. This covers a wide range of common and rare tropical varieties, where the quality and vigour of the foliage is both the aesthetic goal and the indicator of overall plant health.

The nutrient profile reflects this focus. Nitrogen leads at 2.2% total (all nitrate, no ammonium), driving consistent vegetative growth and the chlorophyll production responsible for rich, deep green foliage. Calcium at 1.3% and magnesium at 0.7% are elevated relative to flowering formulas to support strong cell wall development and sustained photosynthetic capacity in plants that remain in vegetative growth long term. Potassium at 2.2% maintains enzyme activity and water regulation without the elevated levels used to push reproductive output in flowering formulas. All trace elements are chelated for reliable absorption.

pH buffered for stability across most tap water sources, no pH adjustment required in most cases. Flush monthly with plain water to prevent mineral salt accumulation. Hydro and semi-hydro: 5 to 7 ml per litre. Soil and potting mix: 3 to 5 ml per litre. Use at every watering.
