Warranty and Return
All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit.
Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering.
Warranty Returns
We are required to provide one of the following remedies for product faults within 10 business days of being notified of the fault or damage from the customer:
In the case of a refund: the Seller issues a refund to the customer via the Marketplace Portal;
In the case of a replacement: the Seller dispatches the replacement products and provides delivery tracking to the customer; or
In the case of a repair: the Seller dispatches the repaired products and provides delivery tracking to the customer.
The customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You must reimburse the customer for reasonable postage, packaging, and/or transportation costs if the products are confirmed to be faulty. Once the item is received the manufacturer determines if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

If the products are too large, too heavy, or too difficult to remove, the Seller is responsible for arranging, at their cost, the return and collection of the faulty products.
We are required to respond within a maximum of 2 business days to all enquiries in relation to a product.
How we reimburse the customer for the return shipping?
If we are reimbursing the customer an additional amount on top of a full refund (eg: reimbursing return shipping), we need to contact the marketplace to specify the order number, amount to refund, and the refund reason.
We do not refund the customer directly.
Change of mind returns
Sellers set their own policies and procedures in relation to change of mind returns. Customers must review their order carefully before placing it. Change of mind returns are given at the sole discretion of each Seller and a Seller may refuse to refund or exchange Products/Vouchers for change of mind or errors a customer made in their order.
If you allow a return, then the customer will need to follow the returns process outlined in the Seller Terms on your product listing, or any other return procedures or processes described by the Sellers from time to time. To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty on PH Probes (precision measuring tools):
Probes and Pens without replaceable probes
12 months warranty from date of purchase.
Replaceable Ph Probes
6 months warranty from date of purchase
Warranty on Lamps/Bulbs:
Lamps & Globes are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty on rest of the products:
1 Year by Australian consumer guarantee unless specified manufacturer warranty is longer.
New product returns:
The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase.
Nutrients, additives, lamps / lights / CFL's & Growing Substrate
Custom made items, for example, NFT channels and aluminium frames cut to specification
Special orders, for products not regularly stocked. These items will be marked as "Special Order" on invoice.
Any items specifically cut to size at your request, for example, items we cut per meter as films, tubing, flower support mesh and more.
Commercial quantities are non-refundable.
Clearance items no change of mind returns.
