Hyalite Christmas Giveaway 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to customers aged 18+ who make a qualifying purchase from any Hyalite store in Australia or New Zealand, or via the Hyalite website during the promotional period. Hyalite staff and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
To enter, customers must spend $150 or more in a single transaction during the promotional period.
Entry process:
In-store: Customers must complete the in-store entry form at checkout to register their entry.
Online: Online orders of $150+ are automatically entered using the contact details supplied when placing the order. No additional form is required.
Each qualifying transaction equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from Friday 5 December 2025 to Friday 19 December 2025 (local time in each region).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Prizes
Main prizes:
1st Prize: Lucius Flex-R 680W LED Grow Light
2nd Prize: Emerald Harvest Kick Starter Kit
3rd Prize: Nutrifield All Purpose Granular Nutrient
Store-level prizes:
Each Hyalite store will have its own additional store-exclusive prize. These vary depending on location.

5. Prize Draw
Winners will be drawn on Monday, 22 December 2025, using a random selection process.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided in-store or supplied with their online order.
If a winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, Hyalite reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Hyalite may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected for this promotion will only be used to administer the giveaway and contact winners. No entrants will be added to marketing lists.

8. General
Hyalite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unexpected circumstances.
