Hydrogen peroxide is one of the most versatile and effective sanitation tools available in a hydroponic growing environment. When it decomposes it breaks down into water and oxygen, leaving no harmful residues in the system, on plant surfaces, or in the root zone. Forsana Hydroponic Plus uses a 7.5% silver-stabilised hydrogen peroxide formula that remains active for longer than standard hydrogen peroxide, providing consistent sanitation performance across its working life rather than degrading rapidly after mixing.

The silver stabilisation is what differentiates this product from regular food-grade peroxide. Silver ions enhance the broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity of the formulation, improving effectiveness against common hydroponic pathogens including pythium, fusarium, algae, and biofilm-forming bacteria at lower application rates than standard hydrogen peroxide would require. As a byproduct of decomposition, dissolved oxygen levels in the root zone are elevated, which supports faster germination, stronger root development, and more efficient nutrient uptake.

Forsana Hydroponic Plus is suitable for a range of applications across the growing system: pre-treating water before nutrient mixing, dosing directly into nutrient solutions to prevent pathogen buildup, sterilising growing media including clay pebbles and coco coir before use, cleaning reservoirs, pumps, tubing, and drippers, and managing algae in nutrient solutions and system components. Not compatible with organic additives, beneficial bacteria, or mycorrhizae.

Available in a 1L bottle, suited to smaller systems or growers who prefer to purchase in smaller volumes.
