Trolmaster Hydro-X Water Detector WD-2

The Water Detector WD-2 is an essential tool for detecting water leaks or spills within your facility. Simply position the sensor at floor level or any area you want to monitor for water accumulation. You can connect up to five WD-2 detectors to a single Hydro-X controller, and if any sensor detects a leak, the unit will send a user alert to notify you immediately.

Additionally, you can use two WD-2 water detectors to activate the Auto-Fill function on the Aqua-X Pro. One sensor is placed at the bottom of the nutrient tank and the other at the top. When the liquid level falls below the bottom sensor, the Aqua-X Pro activates a solenoid or pump to refill the tank up to the top sensor.

Note: The WD sensors can only detect water leaks from municipal, well or nutrient-infused water. Reverse Osmosis / RO water may have such low dissolved solids content, that the Water Detector will not be able to detect RO water leaks.
